Individual Therapy
A space just for you. Individual therapy is a one-on-one space where you can slow down and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying—your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and lived experiences. Whether you’re working through something specific or just feeling stuck or disconnected, we’ll move at a pace that feels manageable and grounded.
My role is to help you feel understood, notice patterns that may be getting in your way, and support you in building insight and meaningful change over time. You don’t have to have it all figured out before you start.
I work with clients ages 8 and up, with a focus on kids, teens, and young adults.

Rather than fitting people into boxes, I think of these as some of the most common experiences I support:

Anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, emotional overwhelm, mood changes

School stress, career direction, parenting challenges, major life changes, feeling stuck

Self-esteem, body image, grief, chronic illness, spirituality, infertility, and questions of meaning or direction
You don’t need to identify with a label to come in—if something here resonates, that’s enough.

Family Therapy
Support that includes the people who matter most. Sometimes healing and change happen most powerfully when the family system is part of the process. Family sessions can help improve communication, reduce conflict, and build more understanding between members.
While I do not offer couples therapy, I do bring family members into sessions when it supports the goals of individual work—especially for children and adolescents.
Together, we can work toward more clarity, connection, and steadiness within your family relationships.
